  1. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped.
  2. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy (0–3 Days)

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the respective product page on our website.
  2. The return policy of any product may be updated or changed without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

  1. Once the returned product is delivered to us and inspected, we will process the refund within 0–3 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must have original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the eligible return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
